List of Documents required by Candidates
When
appearing for an entrance exam, you need some necessary documents without which
you cannot take the exam. Further, some of the documents are also required to
complete the admission formalities during the counselling time. I have
completed my graduation from Manipal University so when I was appearing to take
the exam it was essential for me to carry the Manipal University Admit Card.
Along with the admit card, I was instructed to bring any of the identity
proofs. Therefore, you should have the admit card and the identity proof when
appearing for the exam. An admit card is used to verify the identity of an
individual. If you don’t have this document then you will not be allowed to
take an exam.
After you
will qualify the exam there will be a counselling process which will offer you
a seat in the institute. When you will be allotted a seat, the respective
college will ask you to produce a number of documents. These documents are
hence used for verification and will include the following:
• Class 10th and 12th Mark sheet and
Certificate
• Admit Card
• Aadhar Card
• Proof of Date of Birth
• Caste Certificate (Applicable only for
SC/ST candidates)
• Medical Certificate
